MY3 is owned and maintained by Vibrant Emotional Health, the administrator of the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline. It was created in partnership with the California Mental Health Services Authority and was funded by the California Mental Health Services Act (Prop. 63).
Vibrant Emotional Health administers the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline through a cooperative agreement grant funded by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
